WOLT - CASE STUDY

After my move to the city of Tel Aviv I became a regular user of the wolt delivery app. While using the app, I came across some annoying things that I was missing and could have eased my user experience. In one case I found myself in the middle of the night, hungry, while in the final stages of ordering delivery I realized that the restaurant does not take deliveries to the area where I live at all. I got mad! Why have I not found out about it before? So I decided to check what would happen if we added a filter to search the app?

 

Another thing I felt was missing, is more information about where I order the dish from. I think this is a good opportunity for any business owner to add a few points in his favor and make me become his regular customer, not just in deliveries.

In my design version, I added the two features that could make the experience easier for me.
